L’ouvrage fait le point sur les aspects juridiques, économiques et administratifs de la distribution commerciale aux niveaux national belge, européen et international (notamment les questions concernant les contrats de franchise, d’agence et de concession). Il retrace les actes de la dernière Brussels Distribution Conference (BDC), organisée tous les deux ans par le cabinet d’avocats DBB.

The book takes stock of the legal, economic and administrative aspects of commercial distribution at the Belgian, European and international levels (in particular of questions concerning franchise, agency and dealership contracts).
It retraces the acts of the last Brussels Distribution Conference (BDC), which is organized biennially by the DBB law firm.

Het boek inventariseert de juridische, economische en administratieve aspecten van de commerciële distributie op Belgisch, Europees en internationaal vlak (met onder meer onderwerpen betreffende franchise-, agentuur- en concessieovereenkomsten). Het omvat de bijdragen tijdens de laatste Brussels Distribution Conference (BDC), die tweejaarlijks door het advocatenkantoor DBB wordt georganiseerd.
